DID YOU KNOW?

All bettas require a minimum 5 gallon tank, cycled water, a heater, and filter. Bettas can never be housed together.*

*Sometimes sororities of 6 or more females can be housed together, but this takes an experienced betta keeper, a min. 30 gallon heavily planted tank, and backup tanks for every female in case the sorority breaks down, which is common for non-genetic sisters. Mary's Magic Betta's does not recommend sororities, nor will we adopt a female betta fish to a sorority tank.
