FOR ADOPTIONS: Please indicate the fish you are interested in adopting, and please tell us more about the tank you have prepared for this fish, including tank size, plants/decor, if you have a heater and filter, current water parameters, tank cycle status, tank mates, food, and anything else you think might be important.
FOR SURRENDERS: Please tell us about your fish. Age if known, date of purchase if known, medical history, current issues or symptoms, their name, their current habitat, your cross streets, if anything comes with the fish (like supplies), and if you are able to deliver or need to arrange pickup.
